Revrot Web Design - Service Terms

Service Terms: Payment, Cancellation & Revisions

1. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices quoted are in Euro and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, our standard payment schedule is:

    • 34% deposit to begin the project

    • 33% upon completion of the design phase

    • 33% upon go-live or technical acceptance

  • Travel expenses or third-party costs (e.g. plugin licenses, fonts, stock imagery) are reimbursable at cost, if pre-agreed with the client.

2. Scope of Work & Change Requests

  • Revrot is obliged exclusively to the products and services outlined in your signed proposal or quote.

  • Change requests that fall outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. These will be discussed, quoted, and approved before implementation.

3. Revisions Policy

  • Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase.

  • Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the relevant deliverable.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately or billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • Minor updates (e.g. typos or small content tweaks) may be completed at no extra cost, at our discretion.

4. Project Cancellations

Client-Initiated:
  • If a client cancels the project before work begins, only the deposit is due (if one was made).

  • If the project is cancelled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment of:

    • The agreed non-refundable deposit, and

    • Any time and deliverables already completed up to that point.

Revrot-Initiated:
  • We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client is non-responsive for more than 4 weeks.

  • In such cases, all completed work to date will be invoiced, and Revrot reserves the right to invoice the total remaining amount if the work is effectively finished but awaiting client input.

5. Delays & Project Holds

  • If a project is paused for more than 14 days due to lack of client input, it may be placed on hold.

  • If paused for more than 30 days, a restart fee may apply, and project timelines may be rescheduled.

6. Ownership & Content Responsibility

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received, excluding any third-party assets or licensed content.

  • Clients must ensure they have legal rights to all content provided (text, images, video). Revrot is not responsible for third-party copyright infringement or legal claims.

  • Any demo content provided by Revrot must be reviewed by the client before publication.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, sensitive business information shared during the project.

8. Termination Clause

  • This agreement will automatically terminate when both parties have fulfilled all project deliverables and payments.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement after any milestone, provided obligations and incurred costs are settled.
